Santarem - C1007 T44

Santarem - Santarém is the Portuguese city where my grandfather started his art as an apprentice, until he opened his first store in 1930. His family usually spent the Sundays at Portas do Sol, a belvedere that is the living room of the city, and is inserted within the walls and sections of doors of what was an old medieval castle. The inspiration of this model comes from memories of childhood full of walks in a city where churches, convents and especially Renaissance and Manueline WINDOWS.

Hand crafted in Portugal by artisans using the highest quality "Mazzuchelli" acetate.
